I haven't worked out for over a year. Will this program be suitable for me?

We know that start something new can be scary. But what we want to assure that we will help you find a manageable starting point and build on it. You will be challenge for sure but nothing you can't handle. Because we customize the experience and help you set realistic goal that allow you to successed. 

I have injuries and there is things I can't do. Will I still be able to see results and be safe?

From our experience with previous client we find that most injuries had accused while exercising alone, a fall or an accident. We are very familiar with this type of scenarios. And Form is the number one foundation that you'll end up building while you are training with us and its a skill that will stay with you after. Learning to align your body properly will allow you to prevent future injuries from acuring and will be a key element in getting the most out of your workout.

How big are the training sessions and when are they offered?


Our sessions vary between 2 - 8 participants.

Sessions are offered throughout the day:

Mon - Wed - Fri 

5:00 am, 6:00am, 9:00am 


Tue - Thu   

6:30 pm


I'm going on vacation for a week during the challenge, can I still join? 

Absolutely :) since we check in constantly with each other as a team we will be posting daily on our fb group to stay connected and inspired while on vacation. Most likely you'll end up walking and sight seeing which will keep you active.

I have dietary restriction will the meal plan work for me?


Yes we do offer different types of meal plan from Vegan to Vegetarian to Paleo.

Your 35 day meal through is one that allow you to eat clean and wholesome food.
